What the desk does and does not run

Two things are clear from the start. The desk does not run a login form on this site — it does not collect email, password or any credential. The operator's portal does run a login; it is reached through a separate URL and lives on the operator's terms.

Newsroom site: editorial desk only. No login. No email capture. No reader account.
Operator portal: a third-party consumer surface that the desk does not control.
First-party route: a tracker URL the desk uses to count link clicks, before handing off to the operator.

What the operator's stated login does

According to the operator's own help pages, the login grants access to the operator's account surface, the active tournaments a user is following and the operator's profile, notification and payment settings. The login does not itself buy anything; it is the gate to the operator's consumer surface.

Open the operator portal at the desk's first-party route. You land on the operator's verification page first.

Step 2

The operator asks for region. The portal may show differently between regions; the operator's stated age policy applies.

Step 3

Enter your saved credential. The desk does not see this field; the credential belongs to the operator.

Step 4

Read the operator's terms before saving a payment method. The desk recommends that readers confirm the local rules in their jurisdiction.

What the desk will not publish

The desk does not publish phishing-style login forms. The desk does not embed an iframe that masquerades as the operator. The desk does not ask for the reader's credential in a survey or feedback form. If a future reader ever lands here expecting a sign-in form, the answer is no — sign-in happens on the operator's portal.
