Reading is half the work. This reader's note describes how to follow the calendar, the team ledger, the role atlas, the patch tracker and the streaming matrix in that order. Use it before the season starts or during a slow week.
The calendar is the spine of the desk. The split-axis timeline records competition progression on one axis and editorial verification on the other. Open /tournaments/ first. Pick one announced event and read to the bottom of its row. The pill on the right tells you how confident the desk is. Anything in "Awaiting" stays in "Awaiting" until the organiser files.
After the calendar, read the team dossier. The desk does not run power rankings — it records what the organiser has signed. Open /teams/ and find the team you want to follow. If a player on the team is named in coverage, the dossier links to the player route.
The role atlas is the desk's stable nomenclature. Open /players/ for the full dossier wall. The four roles — captain, support, carry, specialist — repeat across games so a reader comparing FPS and MOBA coverage is starting from the same labels.
Open the chapter page for the game you are following. The patch tracker sits below the calendar header. Two patches in scope: the most recent is primary, the previous is the control. Read them in that order and apply the strategic question to the next announced event.
Finally, open the streaming matrix. The matrix tells you where to watch, in which language, with what region lock, and when the VOD is available. The matrix on the home page is the master; the matrix on each chapter page is the chapter-specific subset.
Open /news/ once a day. The feed carries every confirmed filing at the top; older items live below.
Email the corrections address on /customer-care/. The desk reads corrections during business hours.
