All five chapters share the same components: a calendar header, a patch-2.13-style tracker, a tactical notebook link, a streaming matrix and a reader question queue. The shape is identical so a reader moving between chapters does not have to re-learn the page.
The desk does not chase every announcement. A chapter is published when there is at least one Tier-one source and one Tier-two source for the next four announced events, and when the broadcast partner is named for the chapter's primary series.
Where the answer belongs to a single chapter, the desk links to it; the questions below apply across all five chapters.
Only when the source ladder reaches L1 for the chapter's primary series and we have a Tier-two partner for at least two broadcast weeks. Currently the five chapters above cover the announced calendar.
Reading across chapters is easier when the layout is the same. The shape is identical so the reader does not have to relearn each page.
The developer's own notes. Where the patch note is summarised by a third-party, the desk quotes the developer and links the original.
