Reader account deletion

Removing your egame reader account

The desk does not run your operator-surface account. To delete that account, follow the operator's stated path. The desk reads the operator's help pages and summarises the steps here.

What the operator has stated

The operator's published help pages describe a soft-delete confirmation window before the account is removed. The desk does not have a copy of the operator's full policy text; readers should check the operator's page directly.

Steps the desk has verified

Step 1
Sign in on the operator's portal at the desk's first-party route.
Step 2
Open account settings → privacy → delete account. Confirm the soft-delete note if the operator shows one.
Step 3
Wait the operator's stated confirmation window (the desk has seen a 7-day window stated in the operator's help pages).
Step 4
If you change your mind, restore the account during the confirmation window per the operator's stated path.

What the desk is not doing

The desk is not requesting deletion on the reader's behalf — the desk does not have access to operator accounts. The desk is not publishing a request form that bypasses the operator's stated path.

Reader questions · deletion

What about my data?

Check the operator's privacy page for the data-retention statement. The desk does not have access to operator data.

Where is the sign-in help?

On /login/. The desk keeps the sign-in help and the deletion help on separate routes.
